Internationally renowned British and Bangladeshi chef Tommy Miah has opened a string of successful restaurants across the globe. With the profound success of his business, he has made an announcement recently. He will launch the "KacchiBiriyani Challenge" competition across Bangladesh next month amongst interested ones. This is going to be a massive challenge amongst food lovers and chefs. As the Chief Guest, TommyMiah is going to be there on that day. The winner of the challenge will receive Tk 30,000, then the first runner-up Tk 20,000, and the second runner-up Tk 10,000.If the competition judges swear by the richness and presentation of any participant's dish, it will become easier for him/her to win the challenge. If a chef is interested in taking part in this challenge, then they will have to write with their phone number, name, address, and also a two to five-minute video of themselves cooking kacchibiriyani. They will also have to send photos of the dish (preferably from various angles). The deadline for sending the email is February 20. The final round will be held on February 28 in Dhaka.
